Our Snack Guarantee

Because Snack Buddy provides delicious, perishable goods, we cannot accept physical returns of our food products for health and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction is our top priority!

While we don't accept physical returns on snacks, you have 30 days after receiving your order to report an issue and request a refund or replacement.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your snacks arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@snackbuddies.com. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Merchandise Returns

If your order includes non-food merchandise (like Snack Buddy gear or accessories), standard returns apply. You have 30 days to request a return for these items. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@snackbuddies.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package: 998 South Main Street, Box 239 Stowe, VT

Note: returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Perishable goods (all snack and food items)

  • Gift cards

  • Items clearly marked as final sale

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your inquiry (and inspected your returned merchandise, if applicable), and let you know if a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return or refund, please contact us at hello@snackbuddies.com.
