Our mini muffins do not contain tree nuts or peanuts as ingredients, but they are made in a shared facility that handles peanuts and sesame. So the product itself is nut-free, but the facility is not peanut-free.
Are they vegan?
No, all of our mini muffins contain eggs.
Are they dairy free?

Do my Snack Buddies arrive frozen, or are they ready to eat right away?
Snack Buddies arrive thawed and are ready to eat!
What's the shelf life once I receive them?
Keep them in your pantry and they'll stay fresh for 30 days from delivery. If you want to save for later: Just refreeze them and thaw them whenever you're ready. The 30-day freshness clock restarts as soon as they rethaw.
How much sugar and fiber do they have compared to a regular mini muffin?
8g of sugar and 4g of fiber per serving, versus 17g of sugar and less than 1g of fiber in the leading mini muffin brand, 12% more daily value of fiber.
Are they safe for school lunches?
Yes, they're nut-free and designed to be lunchbox friendly.
Why do I see red or orange specks in my muffins?
That's just carrot! Our vegetable blend includes carrot along with sweet potato, pumpkin, and cauliflower powder, so it's normal to spot a little fleck of red or orange here and there.

Do you offer refunds?
Because our snacks are perishable, we can't accept physical returns, but you have 30 days after receiving your order to report an issue and request a refund or replacement. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.
